Your account information (except for your email address) is made publicly available. It is important to note that publicly available information may remain accessible in various places on the internet, even after it has been removed from your ParaPresent account.
1(2) Identity Verification Data. We may request additional information to verify your account or your identity. This may include, for example, your phone number, email address, or information related to the use of a specific two-factor authentication application.
1(3) User Preferences. Our Service allows you to configure and save individual preferences, including how your content is displayed, notification settings, and favorite items. We may associate your personal preferences with your account, browser, or mobile device to provide a more personalized experience when using our Service.
1(4) Feedback and Inquiries. When you leave feedback or contact us, we receive your name and contact information, such as your email address. We also collect any additional information you include in your messages or that is related to your inquiry. This helps us better understand your requests and provide more effective responses.
1(5) Additional Information. 1(6) Blockchain Wallet. A blockchain wallet serves as your unique identification on ParaPresent. Therefore, to access certain features of the Service, you need a blockchain wallet and a corresponding wallet address. This address may be associated with your identity, user ID, or other data we collect about you during the use of our Service.
1(7) Automatic Information Collection. As you use and interact with our Service, we use technologies for automatic data collection to gather certain information, including: Activity on the Service. To ensure the operation of the Service, analyze trends, comply with our Terms of Use, and enhance the usefulness of the Service for you, we collect information (often anonymized) about your interactions with our Service. This includes, but is not limited to, your browser type or version, operating system, IP address and corresponding geolocation, device ID, your blockchain wallet address, type of wallet used, actions and click data, referral/exit pages, and timestamps. This data may also be stored in log files for further analysis.
1(8) Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies. Like many online platforms, we use cookies to collect data. Our practices include both session cookies, which disappear after the browser is closed, and persistent cookies, which remain on your device until deleted. This allows us to analyze user interactions with our Service and improve product quality by offering a more personalized user experience. Additionally, we use Pixel Tags (also known as clear Gifs, web beacons, or web bugs), which help analyze the use of our Service and optimize it to meet your specific interests and needs.
1(9) Opt-Out of Tracking. Due to the lack of a universal understanding of what the "Do Not Track" signal means, we do not respond to such signals in a specific way. 1(10) Interaction with Third-Party Services. We partner with third-party services, including Google and Amplitude, to collect some of the information mentioned above. Their ability to use and share Usage Information is limited by their own terms of use and privacy policies.
1(11) Information Collected from Third-Party Companies. We may receive information about you, or related to you or your wallet, from service providers and other sources/companies that offer their products and/or services to us or you for use in conjunction with our Service, or whose products and/or services may be linked with our Service. We may combine this information with data we have already collected about you or from you through our Service. This information may include, for example:
- third-party wallet providers and partners who provide us with your blockchain wallet address and some other information you choose to share with these providers and partners;
- data analytics providers or vendors who provide us with information related to specific blockchain wallet addresses;
- vendors who provide us with communication and identity verification services that you choose to use;
- and other vendors who provide us with information necessary for the operation of our business or compliance with our Terms of Service.
1(12) Public Information. We collect data from activity and information that is publicly visible and/or accessible on blockchains or other public sources. This may include, for example, blockchain wallet addresses and information on purchases, sales, or transfers of NFTs, which may then be linked to other data you provide to us.
2. How We Process the Information Collected About You.
In the course of our activities, we actively process information related to you to manage our business, provide and improve the ParaPresent Service, and make your interactions with us more personalized and efficient. Specifically, we use the collected data for the following purposes:
2(1) To ensure the operation and maintenance of the Service; Continuous improvement, analysis, and optimization of the Service; In-depth analysis and personalization of your experience using the Service, including the preparation of personalized recommendations;
2(2) To facilitate effective communication with you, including providing feedback and support;
2(3) To ensure the security, reliability, and integrity of the Service, including the prevention and investigation of potential violations of our terms of use or illegal activities;
2(4) To send newsletters, promotional and marketing materials, as well as notifications related to our Service or third-party offers;

3(4) Corporate Restructuring. As part of our legitimate interests in conducting efficient business operations, we reserve the right to share your information and data in the context of or during negotiations related to any merger, financing, acquisition, liquidation, or disposal of all or part of our business or assets. In the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, your information and data may be transferred as a valuable business asset. If another company acquires ParaPresent, our business, or assets, that company will own all the information we have collected and will assume the corresponding rights and obligations regarding your information as described in this Privacy Policy. It is important to understand that ParaPresent is not responsible for the actions, policies, or services of these third-party providers.
6. Your Data Privacy Choices on ParaPresent

10. Data Protection for Minors on ParaPresent
We strictly adhere to a policy of not collecting information from individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 for the EEA/UK), in accordance with our Terms of Service, which require all users to be over the age of 18. Teenagers aged between 13 and 18 (or 16 and 18 for the EEA/UK) may only use a parent"s or guardian"s account under their direct supervision. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under the age of 13 (or under 16 for the EEA/UK), we will immediately take steps to delete that information. This section applies to residents of states where privacy laws similar to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) are in effect.
